1 Bedroom Unit at One Pontefino Tower

Its proximity to SM was very handy. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The condo was well equipped with all you need. We loved the pool.

The mop was broken. The local water makes sinks etc look dull instead of shiny clean.

Decent location to mall. Safe, secure area.

Some confusion about check in. Guards unaware I was arriving. Small inconvenience.

The unit had many cooking facilities but lacked cutlery and bowls etc. The unit was moderately tidy but could have been cleaner and the bed was too firm for my Girlfriend who slept on the sofa.

LOCATION WAS PERFECT CLOSE TO A MALL WHERE YOU CAN BUY ALL THE STUFF YOU NEED.

THIS IS LIKE AN AIRBNB THAT BOOKING.COM DIDNT DISCLOSE, I STAYED FOR 3 WEEKS AND IT DOESNT HAVE A CLEANING SERVICES FOR THE ROOM, THE INTERNET IS VERY SLOW CAUSE IT WAS JUST A PREPAID CARD INTERNET, THE AC UNIT ALSO BROKE OFF 1 DAY THAT I DIDNT HAVE AC THE WHOLE NIGHT AND SHORTEN MY APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY TO COME HOME AND JUST WATCH THEM FIX IT. BUT KUDOS TO RUEL THE CARETAKER OF THIS PLACE, HE IS ALWAYS READY TO HELP OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES.
