Stopover in a lovely property owned by great host

Property was spacious, clean and modern. Communication was easy. Rene was very kind and heated apartment for us, it was well appreciated in a cold and snowy weather.

Fijne accommodatie, rustig en schoon.

Heel fijne locatie en prima uitvalsbasis voor Tongeren. Het is een keurige, schone en rustige accommodatie. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben van een fijn verblijf genoten.

Het enige dat we als aandachtspunt geven is de verlichting. Die is echt niet sfeervol. Naast de plafondlampen zouden twee staande lampen (met sfeervol licht) een prettige aanvulling zijn.

Fijne plek in een mooi klein luxe dorp, vlakbij Tongeren, Luik en kleine dorpjes in de buurt.

De accomodatie was zonder ontbijt. Vonden wij prima dit zelf te regelen. Erg ruime locatie. Rustgevend. Lekker lichte ruimte. Prima slaapkamers met goede dekbedden en prima badkamer met handdoeken. De keuken is goed geoutilleerd. Ik zal hieronder nog een paar kleine tips geven

Een paar tips: Graag een kapstok plaatsen; die ontbrak. Ook een paar keukenfaciliteiten ontbraken zoals een groot broodmes; pollepel, stamper. De afvalemmer was niet erg handig met die klepdeksel, in dat kastje. Nog een tip: leg instructie klaar voor tv; verwarming en verlichting. Dat is allemaal high tech. Als je toch bezig bent: bijna alle lichtknoppen waren vies; deuren ook. Dat is niet hygienisch.

casa nuova e pulitissima, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

appartamento ristrutturato da poco, con finiture direi davvero lussuose. La cucina era fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bollitore, forno, grande frigo con congelatore), inoltre era presente tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. era un unico ambiente con il soggiorno, ma molto grande, infatti erano presenti 2 divani ed un TV grande. Al piano di sopra, 2 stanze da letto (con soffitto a mansarda) ed un bagno con doccia molto grande e doppio lavabo. Un altro piccolo bagno era al piano inferiore, affianco alla cucina. Si può parcheggiare davanti alla casa.

un unico punto negativo: ci sono le scale sia per salire al piano principale che per andare nelle stanze da letto, e questo potrebbe essere un problema per qualcuno o se ci sono bimbi, per noi invece tutto ok!
