The property is very spacious, well structured, with a small but inviting pool and a wonderful view of the bay. When we had problems, the property manager seemed very understanding and quick to respond. Regardless of the challenges we encountered, the property still has a lot of redeeming qualities including the spacious rooms, sufficient air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, and peaceful environment. We enjoyed listening to the heard of goats as they moved around hillside below us. The property also has fruit trees including ripening pomegranates and a variant of passion fruit that had some incredibly beautiful flowers.

This week-long stay was to be the premium part of our three-month trip of a lifetime. Unfortunately, of the dozens of apartments and hotels we've booked on Booking.com, this was by far the dirtiest and worst-presented residence that we've encountered upon our arrival, both inside and out. That said, after we contacted the management, they moved quickly to send both a cleaning crew to address the refrigerator, microwave, stove and windows and a landscaper to pull weeds and cut back the overgrown landscaping. By that point we had already spent our first couple evening hours doing some of the cleaning ourselves including washing the dishes and the inside of the refrigerator. Additionally, we should have been notified of the construction at the house next door which left large piles of rubble all along the entrance way to the property. Although the WiFi was functional, our devices flagged the WPA/WPA2 for it's weak (and outdated) security. It didn't help our overall impression that the beaches and national monuments we visited in this remote area were sadly littered with a lot of garbage. Full disclosure, the property manager mildly compensated us for the inconvenience of the initial presentation.

The location of the villa is very good, you have nice view outside where you can see mountains and the sea. Villa was spacious and fully equipped. The rooms were spacious, bed was very comfortable and the pool was in perfect condition.
