This strikingly modern two-level villa is designed around light and space, with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. The open-plan ground floor features a comfortable lounge with smart TV, a dining area, and a designer kitchen with black marble island, oven, microwave and coffee corner. Five calm, minimalist bedrooms sleep up to 11 guests: three with a double bed each, one with two single beds, and a family room with a double and a single — several enjoying views over the residence pool and pine trees. Multiple modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, a washer and dryer, and A/C throughout make the villa effortless for large groups. Upstairs, a covered terrace among the pine crowns is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the covered terrace. Specific check-in and guest access details will be provided after booking to ensure a smooth arrival. As our guest, you'll also have access to the resort's shared facilities and the nearby Meliá hotel amenities — including restaurants, bars, spa, fitness center and other services — available for an additional fee where applicable.

Building staff are on hand to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout your stay. Optional housekeeping services can also be arranged during your stay for added convenience.

A cleaning fee applies and covers full cleaning of the villa, fresh towels and bed linens, plus restocking of daily essentials. Please note that access to certain resort and Meliá hotel amenities requires an additional fee, payable on-site. As the villa is part of a peaceful residence, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours and community rules — this also means the villa is not suitable for parties or events.
