The room is cosy and the house is so clean and organised. The owner is kind and hospitable. And the location is perfect!

Clean and spacious. Relatively close to the paid beach at Hotel Maestral.
It was trouble with the water supply in the building. The water was on and off, so the toilet, shower, sink etc. was often out of order. We have read that this is an issue some places in Sarandë, but we had friends close by with no issues.
We had agreed with the owner to have late check out at 1530. Then on the departure day she changed it back to 12 since she had a new booking. She approached us unprofessionally by knocking on the door early in the morning and just walking into the apartment. We understand that the new guests had a check in time, but if this could happen she should not make the deal in the first place. We made plans that we had to cancel, which came at an extra expense for us.
