Nouvelle Hotel and Spa Jongno by Anook

I was very lucky to be able to check in early. they did mention that check in was 4pm but i managed to get in about 30mins early. the sleep was very good here with the multiple pillows given. bed is soft, i like it but some people may prefer a hard mattress. i was surprised to see a Harmon Kardon speaker in the room and it helped alot with getting me relaxed with lofi music streamed from the phone. sound proofing is good because of the double doors and the room layouts.

strange layout with the bathtub just beside the bed. maybe good for some couples i don't know. i didn't use it in the end.

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect and close to many shops and restaurants . I definitely recommend it ✨

Bardzo ładne, mądrze zaprojektowane pokoje. Wszystko co potrzeba i do tego bardzo ładnie. Cały czas dostępna woda butelkowana i inne potrzebne rzeczy.

Pokój przez pięć nocy nie został posprzątany. Co nie było by wielkim problemem, gdyby nie to, że jednak fajnie gdyby śmieci były wynoszone na bieżąco.

Le personnel était gentil et ce qui était mis à disposition (comme l’eau, le café etc) était pratique. La chambre était confortable.

Malheureusement, nous avions vu un bain à remous dans l’annonce ainsi qu’un sauna. Sur place, nous n’avions qu’une grande baignoire et le sauna n’était pas fonctionnel. Cela a beaucoup joué dans notre séjour car nous voulions nous relaxer et vouloir séjourner dans cet hôtel pour ses services. Vraiment dommage.
