Property was not a typical investment property with cheap furniture and motivational craftwork everywhere. Owners actually lived there; it's obvious they just recently opened up to rental. Kitchen is high end (Sub Zero fridge; WOLF stovetop), furniture good quality and thoughtful. Huge master bed. Roll out queen size bed in the living room perfect for two kids. Large windows looking out to the slopes - beautiful sun rise. Location is great. You could walk to River Run slopes (just about 10mins) through the rail to trail access. Free shuttle bus is just two short blocks away. Village Store has all the groceries one block away.
The only thing that reminds you that you are in an airbnb is the linen. They use the large scale rental management company and the linens are very unbreathable polyester. Suggest owners consider just upgrading your linens to 100% cotton, your property should demand higher price, because everything else is exceptional.
