This 1-bedroom plus den /2 bath condo is located in the heart of Ketchum and is within walking distance to town and the lifts. Located on the second floor with elevator access, this one-level condo has an open living feel with a 45-inch flat-screen with Apple TV only (no cable) and a gas fireplace. There is access to a small deck area with complex views. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bar stools at the countertop. The dining area has a table that will seat 4.
The primary bedroom has a King bed and his and her closets. The ensuite bath has a 2-sink vanity and a combo shower/tub. The den has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a door for privacy, but no closet. The stack washer/dryer is located in this bathroom. There are hardwood floors and beautiful furnishings throughout the condo.
Complex Features: Elevated from street level, access can be gained from the interior hallway. Located in the heart of Ketchum, within walking distance to downtown and just a block away from a bus stop to get you to the lifts. This is a great location for everything one can enjoy while visiting Sun Valley. Only on-street parking is available for this condo.

Loved this condo. The entry and hallway were nice and felt very safe. The open kitchen dining living was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was cosy with a gas fireplace that added ambiance and quite a bit of heat. The bed was very comfortable. We were only a couple staying but it was nice to have an extra bathroom and would have been quite comfortable for 4 or more. The parking required some effort to read all the signs and move the car nightly. But always spots in front of the entry.

Very nice condo with a great location close to anything you need. I was a bit disappointed that the fireplace doesn’t turn on, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great stay.
