Our host responded to us immediately and accommodated our request to check in 2 hours early which we really appreciated! We also liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. We appreciated the good quality of the bath products, linens and pillows
The cleaning fee on booking.com was over $300 (!!) yet we were still instructed to strip the beds/towels, load the dishwasher, empty the fridge, take out trash and be out by 10am which seems outrageous. we only had one towel and one washcloth per person, No washer/dryer access. One of the mattresses in the twin room was very comfortable but the other was really hard and you could feel the springs. The headboards were very pretty but they were not attached to the bedframes so they rattled and bumped against the wall any time you moved in the bed. The sleeper sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping (or even sitting) unfortunately.
