About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay in this 5-bedroom, 5-star property in a most desirable suburb of Boston. The upscale town of Wellesley (home to Wellesley College) with marked walking trails; a quaint town center; charming boutiques; and a vast array of restaurants and eateries, is a beautiful community that has sophistication and beauty unlike any other Boston suburb.
Located on a private, quiet dead-end street with very minimal traffic, kids can enjoy playing outside safely. This property is only 20 easy minutes from Boston. It is perfectly situated for any and all New England day trips. The lighthouses of Maine; the glorious lakes and mountains of New Hampshire; the beaches of Cape Cod; the cliffs and breathtaking island of Martha's Vineyard; and the timeless mansions of Newport, RI can all be seen in a day from this prime location with easy on-off access to I-95, I-93 and I-90 (Mass Pike).
This beautiful spacious property boasts a king master en suite; a bedroom with a twin bed; two bedrooms with queen beds; and a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed- sleeps 10 very comfortably.
There is also a private office, away from the noise, with a large desk, office supplies, a printer and a shredder.
The three full-size bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and luxury bath sheets and towels.
The spacious eat-in kitchen is well-stocked with spices and everything you need to cook on the gas stove along with a waffle maker, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils and serving dishes. There are also a stocked Keurig coffee machine and a stocked Nespresso machine as well as a fine selection of tea.
On the other side of the kitchen, the gorgeous large farm table can accommodate all guests. There is also a high chair available upon request.
The house also features secure wifi; a huge assortment of adult games; children's games and toys; outdoor cornhole; bocci; and a WiiU.
The Master en suite, bunk bed room, and one queen bedroom have Roku TV's for all streaming services that you subscribe to.
There is the front sitting room which is ideal for quiet chats and perhaps some reading. There is the main large Great Room for everyone to gather and play games, enjoy movies on the super-size Roku TV, or just be all together enjoying one another's company. The Great Room has two large sofas and four sitting chairs- enough space for everyone!
One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor living space. With a beautiful oversized deck, there is a large propane firepit, plenty of lounging space, a gas grill and dining area. This is the perfect place to relax under the stars and watch the fireflies come to life.
Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway as well as free on-street parking.

Wonderful house for extended family meeting. Needed the separate bedrooms. The amenities were great. Kitchen was very workable for multiple cooks. My 6 year old 2nd cousin had a great time playing games with the adults. We used the grill and had a suberb grilled dinner. Close to Concord and all the historic sites. Wonderful working with the owner. Very accomodating. We will be back for our next meeting in 2027.

The location of the house was perfectly positioned for our New England golf trip, allowing us to embark on day trips to golf in CT, MA, ME & RI. Kim is a truly exceptional host. Communication was responsive and helpful right from the start. She suggested we pre-order groceries, providing local store options, then offered to accept delivery of our groceries and put them away for us. It was incredibly convenient to have our groceries there when we arrived at the house. Kim went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable & had everything we needed throughout our stay. She also provided local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. This made a positive impact and elevated our experience.The house is clean and fresh, the décor is lovely, the furniture is comfortable. Everyone in our group noted how comfortable the beds and bed linens were. The bathrooms are well stocked with essentials & towels. The kitchen had a generous supply of everything we needed: dishes, flatware, glassware, coffee cups, coffee, paper towels, and garbage bags. The back deck is beautiful; we started each day out there with coffee & breakfast and ended each night enjoying a glass of wine around the fire pit.We wholeheartedly recommend this rental due to the truly exceptional host and the ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas. The combination of easy access to 4 states and the host's outstanding hospitality made for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.
