Willa jest pięknie położona, ma ładne patio i basen - nie podgrzewany więc można korzystać tylko w sezonie. Jest pralka, w ogrodzie rosną oliwki. Blisko plaży. Pobyt wymaga posiadania auta.
Willa wymaga remontu, jest dość ciemna, kuchnia wyposażona w zbieraninę różnych rzeczy, sypialnie ponure, ciemne - nie chce się w nich spędzać czasu. Dom w sezonie, kiedy można korzystać z basenu, wieczorami z patio pewnie wydaje się przyjemniejszy.
