Die Lage ist toll. Der Balkon ist super. Die Küche sowie das Wohnzimmer ist gut. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett.
Beim 3. Schlafzimmer kann man das Fenster nicht öffnen. Das Bad ist schon sehr klein ohne Ablageflächen. Sehr geringer Wasserdruck bei der Dusche. Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Die Treppenhaustreppen können für einen Hund ungeeignet sein.

Es war ordentlich, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage war hervorragend. In wenigen Schritten war man am Meer. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und Handtücher gab es auch. In der Küche war auch alles vorhanden.
Das Bad war sehr klein und eng. Die Treppen zur Wohnung waren sehr hoch und steil. Für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung sind sie kaum zu gehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man versteht jedes Wort aus den anderen Wohnungen.

Äußerlich war alles sehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sauber.
Beim näheren Betrachten waren einige Möbel deutlich gebraucht. Die Heizung funktionierte die ersten zwei Tage nicht, das war sehr unangenehm. Auch tropfte regelmäßig Wasser aus bzw. hinter einem Küchenschrank. Die Heizung wurde repariert, das Tropfen blieb. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf einen Wohnblock war nicht schön.
