Manly moments - Curated comfort x beachside living - DARO8

Space of appartment for a family of 4, location was unavailable, didn't need a car once, public transport and ferry within minutes, plenty of restaurants nearby also coles across the road.

Address was wrong trough bookings, its actually 4 to 8 Wentworth st and not Darley st, appartment block is called Concord appartments, room 19 was hard to find as it was located through a fire exit door, called property management and they were great to help us find our apartment

Location, size, cleanliness, soft beds, having two bathrooms was great as there were 4 adults. Easy access to the underground parking. A full kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. Endless food all around us. The wildlife e.g cheeky cockatoos! The sunsets!

Nothing about the property just the noise from the hoons on the street didn’t let up!

Location, cleanliness and comfort! Right in the heart of Manly and close to the beach- couldn’t get a better location. Super clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for Manly - walking distance to beach, wharf, ferry, restaurants, supermarket, shops, etc. The apartment was also nice and spacious with a large balcony and living area. Overall we were happy with the stay.

These are just a few small suggestions for the comfort of future guests as I believe we were one of the first groups to stay in the apartment (it has no previous reviews): The WIFI was very poor - I had to work from home one of the days and ended up spending significant $$$ on roaming data to hotspot my computer all day because the WIFI was so bad. We also ran out of toilet paper (only one roll was left spare, which isn't enough for 4 adults for 4 nights). It would have been nice to have a few extra towels. Only one per person was provided so we had to buy a couple of extras for the beach (we were coming from overseas so couldn't bring with us). We were also asked to pay a $400 security deposit direct to the accomodation (not through Booking.com) to be refunded when we left. The only payment options were to physically write down all our card details on an email form or bank transfer. I would never write down my card details like that and bank transfer is difficult for overseas guests - overall not a good system and we haven't been contacted about our refund yet. I've never been asked for this with other reservations and it made us feel uncomfortable, especially considering the property had no previous reviews.
