The property was in a good location. We had what we needed for our stay. Dealing with the owner however was an unnecessary hassle we could have done without.

The key retrieval from the lock box was awkward. Noisy air conditioning Bathroom in need of a refresh, mouldy sealant. We stayed in a total of 10 different accommodations for our trip and booking.com made it very easy for us to do. Gabriel, the owner of the apartment contacted us through a thread on booking.com and made very ‘over the top’ requests for extra security. I tried ringing him to discuss this but could not get an answer, so messaged him to which I received a very curt reply. As we had paid for our stay in full before arrival we had to comply with his demands which made us feel unhappy, stressed and inconvenienced. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Position. Once in it all worked well

The access arrangements and egress arrangement are absolutely dreadful. It is impossible to see what you are doing and very difficult even using a torch. The instructions are far from clean but even if they were clear it is a crazy set up.
