It is an excellent, clean and well-furbished apartment, very well located for bus and car traffic and with a superb view of the ducal palace of Urbino. The owner was very helpful and could easily be reached by app. If you come by car you can park in the underground garage beneath the public parking place.
The card for the underground parking malfunctioned once because of technical difficulties but the owner inquired at once and in the end it worked out fine.

We love the property it accommodated for 4 of us well and was comfortable walkable (as much as you can be walkable in a Urbino 😀) and located close to some fantastic restaurants.

La struttura si trova in Piazza del Mercato, appena fuori dalle porte di Urbino. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è delle dimensioni ideali per 4 persone (forse anche 5), con due camere da letto e due bagni. Era dotato di tutto il necessario, molto pulito e confortevole, con una splendida vista sul Palazzo Ducale di Urbino. Inoltre, il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare acqua in frigorifero e della frutta, un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato (e non mancava nulla per cucinare). Il centro storico è a due passi, con il vantaggio di avere un parcheggio sotto casa (a pagamento) ed evitare il disagio di dover trasportare i bagagli a piedi. Inoltre, il proprietario ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo comunale a un prezzo molto conveniente.
Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio.
