Arctic View Apartment - Country Retreat near Tromso

Very nice and cosy place at the coast, with mountains and waterfalls at the opposite side. It is quiet, without traffic noise. You only hear birds twittering. The hosts are living up above on the first floor but this doesn’t matter because the entrance is separated. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and are not at all pushy. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and tidy and equipped very well for staying for two weeks (dish washer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle........). There’s also a big TV-screen that we didn’t use, because the panoramic view through the windows was so amazing.

In our opinion, the bed was too soft and too narrow.

The living room has an INCREDIBLE view, huge windows facing the water and mountains. The apartment is enormous, a huge living room, a big bathroom, a hallway, a bedroom; the photos don't do it justice. Lots of privacy. Great location for trekking.

The only thing is the kitchen could be better equipped. Above all, an electric kettle would be useful, plus a few more pots and some mugs and cups with handles for hot drinks. Fully blackout curtains in the bedroom would also be great - we were staying during polar day.
