Ļoti laipns saimnieks. Tīrs un kopts dzīvoklis. Tā kā pilsētas apkure bija atslēgta, saimnieks mums iekurināja krāsni, kas deva gan siltumu gan omulību dzīvoklī.

Tīras un plašas telpas. Viena no retajām vietām ,kur ir pieejama televīzija.
Rezervējot naktsmītni skaidri tika norādīts un arī maksāts , par diviem ATSEVIŠĶIEM nakšņotājiem ,bet gultas veļa bija tikai vienam. Otrs darba kolēģis gulēja dīvānā ar drēbēm ,jo nekur nebija ne sega ..nu pilnīgi nekā ,ar ko varētu apsegties. Nepilnīgi ,bez rekvizītiem ,izrakstīts rēķins. Nebija ,kur tuvumā novietot auto.

Ļoti plaši apartamenti, viss tīrs un pārdomāti iekārtots.
Viena "kopējā" sega, kas pat ne visiem laulātajiem varētu būt ērti, bet ja ierodies ar kolēģi, tad vienam jāiztiek bez segas. Būtu jauki, ja varētu regulēt siltumu. Radiatori sildīja nelielu brīdi un bija dzestrs.

Ērta gulta ar ļoti svaigu un patikamu gultas veļu. Pēc apmešanās šeit Segas un spilvenu komplektu iegādājāmies arī saviem apartamentiem.
Varēja būt lielāka vannas ietilpība jo lielakiem cilvēkiem vannas izmērs būtu par īsu un mazu. Ieteiktu vīna glāzes ieviest vai šampanieša un kafijas kapsulu aparātu. Kā arī padomāt par korķu vilkni.
