Victoria is a lovely person who made us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There is a pleasant view from the balcony over the Botanical gardens and hillside.
The location is good, 5 minutes walk from Roseau town centre with supermarkets and fish and veg markets. It felt very safe.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, which is good as evening restaurants in Roseau are non existent.
The house is typical Roseau, so interesting plumbing, don't rely on a hot shower

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Victoire qui est un amour. Ainsi que sa copine qui nous a accueilli.

The location was good, with shopping close by. The facility was clean (including bed sheets and towels), and the staff were very pleasant.
We didn't like that parking is only available on the roadway, which proved to be a challenge. This needs to be made clear on the ad. Also, the kitchen cupboards and bathroom seem old and require upgrade. There is no central hot water; only a hot water shower head, which is not efficient. Water in the face basin and kitchen is cold. The living room furniture was high and uncomfortable.
