EvAndrea Tefkrou - Stylish Studio in Kato Paphos

Great location close to the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Close to public transport stops, with easy access to tourist attractions, the old town, and the airport. Very good value for your money.

The only inconvenience inside the apartment was that the bathroom drain was very slow, causing water to accumulate in the shower. The apartment may not be suitable for light sleepers, as music from the bars and restaurants on the nearby main street can be quite loud at night.

The studio felt fresh and was very clean with all facilities one needs for a stay. Well located and close to bars, restaurants and the promenade. The private parking space just by the door was an added plus.

Insect issues, likely exacerbated by the summer heat.

The apartment is located in a residential building with local neighbours. It is well equipped with everything you may need for the stay. Owners left a lovely compliment with a bottle of wine and some sweets. I find this place worth the money I paid, since there was a seasonal discount applied

What I found uncomfortable is a huge door/window with an open view to the inner yard. You have to keep the roller blinds closed all the time. Another disturbing things was football games in front of the window. Neighbour kids play every day after lunch, thus don’t expect to have a nap at this time.
