Très bon emplacement, avec une situation géographique idéale. L’appartement était propre et le rapport qualité-prix est correct. Le petit balcon est agréable, avec une vue sympathique. La possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue est également très pratique. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la bienveillance des personnes avec qui j’ai été en contact, qui ont toujours répondu à mes questions.
La salle d’eau est vraiment très petite, notamment au niveau des toilettes où l’espace est assez limité. Le débit d’eau pourrait également être amélioré. L’appartement et surtout le mobilier sont un peu vieillissants et certains détails mériteraient d’être mieux entretenus ou rénovés. Cela reste toutefois des points secondaires par rapport aux qualités du logement.

Central location, 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops around, small kitchen, fridge and a washing mashine. Nice open view with sunlight, warm in winter. Value for money.
Not really clean, the towels were stained, smell of mold, it was really humid. Also the showers water pressure was non- existent. The pictures were deceiving for the studio.
