Квартира загалом нам сподобалася: вона дуже зручно розташована та чиста, хоча спальні дещо замалі. Зважаючи на те, що ми приїхали лише на одну ніч, нас усе цілком влаштувало. Одна зі спалень трохи шумна через близькість дороги та вікна, що виходять на неї. Для родин із дітьми, особливо маленькими, зручним є те, що квартира розташована на першому поверсі, бо ліфт в домі відсутній. Будинок належить до так званої «хрущовської» забудови, тобто є дещо застарілим, однак усередині зроблено сучасний ремонт, і це зовсім не впливає на загальне приємне враження.
Єдиний недолік полягає в тому, що вікна однієї зі спалень виходять на дорогу, тому інколи буває шумно через автомобілі, що проїжджають повз. Загалом же все було добре.

Proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente. L’esterno del condominio è semplice, ma l’appartamento è molto bello, pulito e ben organizzato. Tutto funziona perfettamente. Ottima esperienza
