A nice cosy little Appartment and "very special". Not "luxury" but really nice and clean. I paid 115 Euros/132 USD eqv for 3 nights, which is really in the low pricing range offered for full own Appartment with private Bathroom in the Center of Chisinau, and in terms of price/performance-ratio for me i think its really a great pick. What I like the most and what makes this Place "special" : It´s not like the other "soulless" rental Appartments in one of this neighbouring huge complexes, instead you stay -more then less - "groundfloor"- in your "temporary own" little single House. You do not have (and need) a Balcony to enjoy yourself outside in fresh air, you will have your own private Terrace just after you step out the Appartments Entrance (very recommended for tobacco enthusiasts by the way). The Room has a Kitchen, a little Fridge (cooling and frost compartment) Aircon + modern TV. Maybe a little (but really only a little little) "minus" : the Bathroom is fully equipped with sink, shower, toilet but it is tiny and narrow, you will not get the "spa"-feeling in it -)). The Location of the Appartment is fantastic. Central downtown in direct neighbourhood of the Complex Tolstoy 24/1 with its facilities (Andy´s Pizza, huge No1 Supermarket, Coffee, Moneyxchange with great rates) just across Street max 2min walking distance. + it is quiet, still faced away from the busy street. Checkin+Checkout is very easy as the owner is -). I will def stay there -if hopefully avaiable- on coming trips to this small and friendly country.
