The apartment was beautiful , very clean and modern with a lovely beach vibe everything you needed was there , kitchen and bathroom fully equipped bed was really comfy , and the view from the balcony well we never got tired of looking at that , the sound of the waves was a lovely sound to hear each day , the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely surprise. Great little bar/restaurant down below and another gorgeous restaurant a few hundred yards away , food was amazing with a lovely view over the natural sea water pools, which again were walking distance from the apartment.

No negatives on the apartment couldn’t fault it all, only downside which was our fault nobody else’s you do need a car if you need to get supplies but our host was amazing and helped me contact a taxi which took us there and back

El emplazamiento es ideal y la relación precio-calidad muy correcta. Seguramente repetiremos.

Faltaría un poquito de cuidado en los detalles del apartamento y su aspecto. También los tarros antiguos de azúcar y otros, la falta de gel de ducha y papel higiénico, un ambientador en el armario y en la entrada del apartamento, son detalles pequeños que marcan la diferencia, cuidado y esmero sin suponer un gasto significativo.

The apartment is fantastically positioned with wide sweeping views across La Fajana's seafront & the ocean. This place really captured our hearts. Wonderfully clean, well equipped, spacious living area, comfortable and homely. Tastefully and well-fitted out. No problem with parking. Lovely walking around the coastline here - really wild. Good wi-fi. The restaurants were popular and busy. Such a beautiful position. People were making good use of the natural pools, which in the afternoons become a sheltered suntrap. Definitely a place one could go back to many times over.

There really was nothing to dislike. The only thing that detracted from the pleasure of being there, was the very noisy neighbours.

Die Lage ist einfach sensationell. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist super schön. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Check In war einfach. Ein gutes Restaurant ( La Gaviota) in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein Meeresschwimmbecken auch. Die Küche hatte alle Utensilien, die man braucht.

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein und man duscht in der Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. In dem sowieso schon kleinen Raum, steht auch noch die Waschmaschine. Die Türen, vor allem zur Terrasse und die Eingangstür sind unten nicht dicht. Die ganze Wohnung macht auch leider eher einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Überall sind Katschen, Flecken oder Putz, der sich löst. Zudem gehen beide Schlafzimmer mit Fenster quasi mit Blick gegen eine Mauer und die unteren Mieter haben genau dort ihre Küche. War teilweise sehr unangenehm vom Geruch. Für ein paar Tage kann man durchaus dort übernachten, aber es liegt eben auch total weit ab vom Schuss und es gibt KEINE Möglichkeiten irgendetwas dort zu kaufen. Man muss nach Los Sauces oder Barlovento. Die Fenster nach vorne raus sind noch aus Holz und alt und sehr schwer zu öffnen. Leider fiel auch immer wieder der Strom aus, aber wir haben dann die Info bekommen, wo der Stromkasten ist und konnten uns so selbst helfen.
