Location. Views from fifth floor balcony. Maid service. Cleanliness. Parking. Quiet. Spar and Hiper Dino supermarkets within 5 and 10 mins walk. 3 volcanic sand, safe beaches 5 mins walk. Bus 500 to airport and capital, €1.50 cash or card Frequency every 30 mins. Brilliant.
Accommodation good but Promenade being remade but nearly finished.

Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were helpful and friendly.
Whilst it was a nice pool to swim in the area surrounding the it was disappointing. Very dull and drab.

The property is very well located: close to the sea and to all the restaurants which there’re in the area. it’s properly maintained. it has the minimum you need.
the property needs some reform already. it’s alright but needs refreshment and newer technologies.
