Great place, right by the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone, except for the week that I want it again.

This place is cute and is very close to the beach. However, we would probably not stay there again. The reasons are as follows:
1) The beds are terrible. They have giant indentations in the middle to the point where you are falling into your sleeping partner. It was difficult to get a good night's rest.
2) There were flies upon flies upon flies. We killed probably 40-50 of those little critters, who seemed to be getting in either through the bathroom drain or window, unabated.
3) The propane ran out on the first night--not a deal killer but a big bummer for grilling! : (
I left the noise from the upstairs apartment off the list b/c there really isn't anything one can do about that. However, the family staying there had friends over so there was a total of 4 adults and 3 kids (in an 800 sq. ft. apt.) running amok and making noise well into the night.
We did enjoy the beach though and this place is very close to it. Perhaps a few modifications could make this a better VRBO rental. As VRBO owners ourselves for almost two decades, it was a little disappointing, but adequate for a quick beach trip.
