Rooftop Apartment - Heated Pool & Beach access

Marcoola Beach is absolutely gorgeous 😍. The unit was clean & comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Undercover security parking was great.

The TV in the lounge room did not have access to the normal live TV stations & the WiFi did not always work causing drop outs or not being able to watch TV at all. The TV in the second room did not work either. The pillows were very hard. The main bathroom had a spa bath & the other bathroom was a shower in the bath. We would have preferred a walk-in shower & it wasn't clear in the description that there was no walk-in shower so maybe clarify this so that it is clearer for future guests with disabilities. .

Perfect for our stay for a family event at Ramada Surfair. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

It's a great apartment by the beach, lots of nearby amenities, good kitchen, barbecue and beds.

It wasn't clean, hair, dust, cobwebs and mould on entry. The dryer was also on with some of the towels and linen in it. We had to replace the batteries in 3 remotes on our first night and found a doorbell camera which was on and recording above the fridge. I informed property manager Zane who apologised for the "confusion" and offered for the cleaner to come back but noted she hadn't cleaned the mould and cobwebs as she can't reach. Zane also said the doorbell camera has no SD card so won't be storing the footage? Zane said they had a tenant the night before who had caused damage. So I said not to bother and we put the camera outside. I couldn't connect to any available WiFi network using the password provided, I asked Zane to clarify the name of the network which he provided the night before check out (2 days later) so I was unable to check. Zane offered me late check out after check out time, at 5.20pm. I was also provided with the check out procedure in this message.

Easy to access, well stocked kitchen including things like papertowel.

No beach view - this was not stated on the description of the hotel. It made it seem that the rooftop bar was looking out onto the water. Shower head was all over the place - wet half the bathroom. Couch could be comfier and needs more spots to sit given the apartment can sleep up to 4 people.
