Good location, a block from the beach and the Marcoola Life Saving Club which was great for dinner. Close to cafe, general store. Ideal for kids and pets with safe yard. Comfortable Master bed.
The house is an old, well-used holiday home with quirky modifications that are ageing. Ensuite bathroom needs upgrading. Cleanliness was not up to scratch.
