Ho apprezzato il kit di benvenuto contenente: una piccola spugna, una pastiglia per la lavastoviglie un panno e 1 campioncino di detersivo per i piatti
Purtroppo la comunicazione con l’host è stata assente. Dopo alcuni messaggi automatici via WhatsApp il giorno dell’arrivo, non abbiamo più ricevuto risposta, nonostante vari tentativi prima e durante il soggiorno. Ho segnalato senza successo un ospite in meno (ma ho comunque pagato la tassa di soggiorno completa) e un problema con il check-in. Anche dopo aver contattato l’assistenza, che risponde dall’estero, nessuno ci ha mai richiamati. La persiana della camera era rotta e abbiamo dormito una settimana con la luce. Un solo mazzo di chiavi per tre adulti è stato scomodo, e il divano era molto rovinato, con pezzi di ecopelle che si staccavano continuamente. Anche la lavatrice presentava evidenti tracce di ruggine, poco igienica e non in linea con le aspettative, dato il costo dell'appartamento.
