The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process, as he allowed me to arrive later than the usual check-in time, and I could also leave the apartment early in the morning to catch I bus that I had already booked. Also, I got picked up by the mother of the host at the train station and brought directly to the apartment. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and clear communication.
The bathroom could have been a little bit more clean, but since I only stayed at the accommodation for one night, it didn't bother me much.
