You get your own cozy space with a bathroom, kitchen and washing machine. The room is spacious and has better ventilation than lots of other places I've visited. The staff are not unfriendly. For the price, the location isn't too bad.

There was some rather annoying miscommunication about check in times Once I had booked the room, I soon got a message telling me the room was ready to check in to. Once I arrived the host then told me that guests were still present and about 1 hour would be needed for them to vacate then clean the room. This is already quite divergent to the message that was initially sent informing that the room was ready. I decided to wait for 2 hours to give enough time for the previous guests to check out and cleaning to be completed. I then got messages after 2 hours of waiting saying cleaning was about to start so I had to wait even longer, even thought the host said the room would be ready in around 1 hour. I have no problem with waiting but it is important to not mislead one's guests. I could have comfortably waited for many hours but instead I had to move around the city under the pretext I could check in.

性价比很高，位置在阿拉木图2号火车站北边一点，虽然不算市区中心，不过距离中心还挺近的，比较安静。房东回复速度很快，虽然英语不太好，但是基本上是有求必应。交通方面步行几分钟可以到达公交车站24小时的快餐店和大型超市也比较近，不过得在桥上走一截。

整体洗澡的水压不够稳定，用水方面水会时小时大，同时不知道是中亚都是这样还是怎么样，没有空调，只有冷风机。

Pas de climatisation comme annoncée. Le sol et certains endroits étaient vraiment sales.
