we had a family gathering and the villa was perfect for the occasion, beautiful villa, clean, the pool was warm, the shopping center just nearby….

הוילה מאוד מפנקת עם בריכה צמודה ומספיק מרחב לכולם (היינו 8 אנשים). הבית היה מאוד נקי ובמיקום מצויין ליד חוף וליד מרכז קניות עם סופר במרחק הליכה קצר.
הגענו בשבת וגילינו שהמזגן הראשי לא עובד - עדכנו את המארחת ואמרה שתשלח טכנאי רק ביום שני.
חיכינו עד יום שני ואז אמרו שהבעיה יותר מורכבת ממה שציפו - ולא נתנו פתרון זמני של עוד מאווררים בינתיים
רק ביום רביעי התקינו מזגן קטן נוסף, רק אחרי איום שנעזוב את הוילה ונמצא מקום אחר
בנוסף מסתבר שכשאומרים שיש מיזוג בוילה, לא בכל החדרים יש מזגן ויש מאוורר קטן במקום שלא ממש עוזר.
לא הייתה קליטת וויפיי בקומה התחתונה - רק אחרי שאמרנו למארחת היא דאגה להוסיף - גם , אחרי 3 ימים.
מסתבר שחימום המים עובד על טיימר, אז לא תמיד יש מים חמים למקלחת
לקח להם 5 ימים להחליף נורות שרופות בחוץ - די חשוך בחוץ למרות התאורה
כלי מטבח שלא עבדו, סכינים שלא חתכו, אין מספיק כוסות זכוכית ולא הסכימו לחדש נייר טואלט
