VILLA NICOLE wifi, gym, Heated Pool

The Villa was beautiful with everything you can think of for a home from home stay. Even the beds were really comfortable which is usually lacking in holiday accommodation. The heated pool was fantastic and great for my baby grandson who loved the water. The owners were really helpful, friendly and quick to respond to issues we had. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious holiday setting in Tenerife. We will return again in the future.

It would be easier if payment of the security deposit could be made prior to arrival at the property (at the point you make the final payment for the villa rental). I had some issues with my bank because I was making a payment outside of the UK and it was an extremely stressful start to the holiday. You can’t access the villa until this is paid and after a long day travelling with a 1 year old it was very upsetting to be sat outside the villa whilst I was trying to sort this out. That said the owners were very understanding when I contacted them and enabled us to gain entry to the villa whilst I resolved the matter. Also the QR code which is set up to provide you with Villa information isn’t very informative. We had to google how some of the facilities such as air con and oven etc worked. These are all simple fixes and I feel certain that the owner will take this on board because they were so approachable and friendly. Despite the stresses experienced it didn’t stop us enjoying the villa and our holiday.

A beautiful villa with everything you need and more, very modern
