Excellent start to finish

We made a last-minute booking due to home renovations, and this family apartment turned out to be the perfect choice. The host was excellent — friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, which made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with great facilities for a family stay. Everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast snacks were a lovely and thoughtful touch, especially appreciated after a busy day of moving and organising renovations. We’re very grateful for such a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Home far from home

Convenient family space

The apartment was very well kept, provided all provisions, clean, cosy, good value for money. The host was really nice and communicated readily. She was very accommodating to requests too.

There was a lot of noise that came in from outside, and the blinds are really thin so very bright quite early. Couldn't figure out how to get normal channels on the TV, (although we only needed this for some background noise whilst we got ready to go out).

It was easy to walk or cycle to the centre of Bradford. There is free parking on the street outside the flats.

The mill opposite the flats is empty awaiting restoration making the area feel run down.

A comfortable one night stay at Bradford

The beds were comfortable, spacious. It was close to convenient stores. The WiFi was available and functional. The check in was very smooth.

Very happy with both the apartment and the hosts

The customer service was brilliant, from a very late out of hours check-in, to reassurance that we wouldnt be stranded when we got there like we had with the Holiday Inn Express in Bradford on our last visit giving our rooms away. Instead, I had constant prompt communication and answers to my questions, this meant a lot to me. The beds were comfy, the place was perfectly clean, the breakfast was generous with full unopened boxes/cartons of everything. Access and parking was easy. It provided toiletries, an iron and board, and even a lota for those who know.

I didnt dislike anything about this apartment, and although the apartment is indeed cosy and compact in size, the space is well utilised. It had toiletries plus an iron and board.
