The apartment was well appointed but needed some attention to detail eg only way to use the coffee maker was putting it on the floor next to an available power socket.
The owner score 10/10 for sped of response. Clearly there were several issues which he resolved swiftly.. many to do with missing towels, parking etc..
The two dressing tables were either or too low. Needed chairs that could be raised and lowered.
The hot water heating system simply wasn't effective. I was okay with Luke warm showers but others may not be.
The security staff were clueless. I needed to provide a box no for the lifts first token. This took for ever to establish they were all left in box 160! They should have known this.
Positioning of power sockets was terrible.
