Love everything about this place! It’s even better in person - the aesthetic is beautiful, everything feels brand new, and it’s very clean and comfortable. The host is easy to reach, always responsive, and quick to provide assistance. The location is superb - very safe, with a mall just a short walking distance away, even at night.
Nothing in particular - I just wish I had booked more days.
One area for improvement would be the communication with the security. Check-in can take some time, as they asked for the full name of the unit owner and whether a form had already been provided, which I had no information about. In the end, they told me to disregard it, but clearer coordination beforehand would make the process smoother.

The Room was very clean and smelled refreshing, very nice. Location to the mall was great as well, was within walking distance. Soap and shampoo was available and Wi-Fi.
Do to no fault of the owner. The walls seemed very thin, we could hear the room next to ours TV and even there conversations. Made it hard to sleep well. Traffic getting into the Ivory Residence was terrible, and signage was hard to see from the road so we didn’t know where to turn in.
