The location is perfect, within 5 mins walking distance to the Boucan Canot beach "(just walk under a highway bridge). I saw people/ surfers in the water and so it appears to be a swimmable beach. There are many trees and so good shade areas. There's also a cute bar/ restaurant right across the street. The terrace is large (maybe even larger than the room) and decorated nicely. There was mosquito repellent provided and I appreciated the window shutters to block out the sunlight for a good night's sleep. Parking was provided and the hosts were quick to respond. (Note: The lockbox is "hidden" by the trashcans outside of the main gate; make sure you see their diagram/ photo for easy reference.)

The check-out time is too early (10 a.m.) and supposedly the reason was for housekeeping. The studio is actually a hotel-sized room w/ a kitchen sink; there was no extra table/ desk. I don't know why Housekeeping needs so much time to clean a small room. The shower is quite small. The road in front is a main highway and so you'll hear some highway traffic. The check-in/ checkout instructions weren't clear. Some of the instructions give two different parking space numbers and two different check-out times.
