"Close to the best Barista Cafe. Close to beach. Not too crowded. Only three rooms on three levels. Pool is usually waiting for someone to swim in it. Peaceful. No traffic noise"

I liked how the girls are running the property. They are very responsive and friendly. Location is fine if you want to spend time on Negombo Beach. The whole team was very nice.
It is a. very touristy area, if you don‘t want a touristy beach experience as priority, look elsewhere. Rides to the airport are offered for 5000 rupees, using PickMe I paid around 1300.
