Great location and close to tramlines. Cosy, well equipped apartment. While we didn't cook at the apartment, there were basics like salt and pepper which I appreciate when a host provides. Off street car parking was important when making our booking. Great shower, comfy bed and nice towels.
The carpark is very tight, even for a Subaru Crosstrek station wagon.

Secure and safe and within a few metres to Fitzroy street and to trams Beach close, heaps of restaurants, Luna park and Palais theatre at the opposite end of Acland st but we travelled by tram so even easier Fantastic location
Couldn’t connect to wifi but that wasn’t a major. Carpark very tiny but we knew that before we got there so knew what we were in for. All good really, at least we had a carpark

The hosts left out very clear instructions. At no point were we lost or confused. The accommodation is very homely and super accessible and close to everything we wanted to do on our stay! Would absolutely stay again!
Gets chilly because the bathroom windows can't be fully closed, and quite loud as the road out the front is a main thoroughfare.
