before i booked this hotel i’ve reviewed the reviews of the customers and it was all good. but before i entered the room the staff said that they’re gonna clean it and we waited, when i entered the room its like it was never cleaned theres small details that matters thats not inside the room, there was no tissue no garbage can no blanket on the bed just the sheets and the pillow was very hard it wasn’t comfortable at all in alp ways. they dont understand english just one that understood a little. we told the satff lady that it was very bad and it wasn’t cleaned and we showed her a screenshot we took from our room there was du*rex and buggs in the room and a spider in the bathroom and found an insect inside my luggage bag. she said they will clean it again and when we came back its like its never cleaned theres sand on the floor theres dust everywhere and under the bed but the only good thing is the terrace and the location, the AC (air condition) is very bad and during the day the electricity cuts off two times minimum sometimes an hr and half and sometimes less but i would not recommend it to anyone i would rather pay the double and have my room cleaned and have an excellent service.
