General location - near to my nephews wedding and walking distance to the harbor - very accessible by transit!
Very clean, new appliances. Having a washing machine for laundry ( no drier) .
Good communication with management co .
Great coffee place-&less than a block awake
Very hot first night even at end of March. I didn’t think we would need AC but it would have been useful. We had to open windows and the streets on weekends are very noisy to all hours of the night.
FYI there is free street parking but only from 10 pm or midnight till 8 am then you can park only for 1-2 hours from 8 am to 10 or 12 pm ( depending on the street ).
It was fine for us as we picked up the rental car only the night before we left . I would not rent a car and stay at this property and have to worry about parking everyday.

Fijne wijk Darlinghurst. Appartement is modern en nieuw ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustig en prettige plek.
Aangegeven wordt dat je in de buurt (gratis) kunt parkeren. Dat is niet het geval, want mag maar voor één uur ( en betaald verder op maximaal drie uur) per dag en dat in de hele wijk. Wij hebben een parkeergarage opgezocht en dat was op 15 minuten lopen. Bij ziekenhuis zit er ook een, maar is onbetaalbaar.
Je denkt via Booking te boeken, maar je moet daarna heel veel (dubbel) aanleveren aan Airkeeper, zoals kopie paspoort en creditcard. Kost erg veel tijd en energie.

If you had a agility problem getting down on your knees to retrieve the keys from the lock box there would be an issue
