The view
That we couldn't open any windows for natural air flow. And no directions to operate the air unit on wall.

The location was great. It was only a couple of miles from the entrance to the Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin is also within 30 miles of the Knoxville, TN airport and the University of Tennessee. Go Vols! We enjoyed our stay here. It was quaint and quiet.
I think a couple of rugs on the floors would help, maybe one large in the living area and two small by the bed on the main level. The floors tend to be cold. Also, at the top of the stairs, the small bannister was a little loose. Other than that, everything was perfect. :-)
