Tout s’est très bien passé ! La localisation est parfaite, l’endroit est vraiment agréable et le personnel est incroyable : très accueillant, gentil et toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement cet établissement ! Everything went perfectly! The location is ideal, the area is really nice, and the staff are amazing — very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. We had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

La villa è molto bella, spaziosa e la piscina è pulita. La posizione è ottima per andare a Uluwatu.

Secondo me se ti proponi come una villa di alto livello con diversi servizi comunicati via whatsapp, lo standard deve essere alto in tutti gli aspetti dalla pulizia, alla cura dei mobili e dei dettagli. Esempio: l’acqua calda non c’è sempre, mi aspetto in una villa ci sia sempre acqua calda. Poi il letto fuori dalla piscina era sporco e inizialmente mancava la copertura del divano (potevano avvisare). Altra cosa molto importante: nelle note in fondo a Booking nascoste nelle informazioni importanti e legali (vorrei sapere chi le legge) c’è scritto che c’erano dei lavori di costruzione di fianco. Assordanti, impossibile godersi la villa o qualche momento anche di riposo. Il problema è che visto tutti i messaggi ricevuti via whatsapp (molti messaggi eh sui servizi e le regole da seguire in casa) sul rispetto che il cliente deve aver per le regole, prima di tutto bisogna comunicare chiaramente la situazione. I lavori sono dalle 8 del mattino fino alle 8 di sera, il bagno è aperto e trivellano tutto il giorno . Sinceramente mi sarei aspettata almeno una comunicazione in merito, inoltre segnalata la cosa l’unica cosa che è stata detta è stata: ok lo diremo agli altri clienti. E noi invece cosa siamo ? Potevano scontarci qualcosa o regalarci un massaggio e invece no , l’unica preoccupazione è stata quella di dirmi che per un late check out dovrei pagare. Imparate ad aver a che fare con i clienti.

It was the perfect relaxing spot, the pool beautiful, the sun came down during the afternoon so you get the afternoon sun, very very clean. It was just so gorgeous. The security guard I can’t remember his name was outstanding! My partner rolled his ankle at the previous villa we were at and the security when we arrived helped us get him to the nearest medical clinic for a check. We can’t thank you enough you made our stay feel so safe and welcoming.

The accomodation itself is absolutely beautiful, very modern and had a lot of facilities and space within the accomodation. Perfect location in Bingin lots of popular cafes and restaurants within 5 minuets on the scooter. 15-20 minutes to most clubs. Massive standout for me was the filtered water station with the option for cold, hot and normal. The air conditioning unit was perfect you can tell it’s regularly maintained. The cleaning staff were beyond amazing, thoroughly cleaning the accomodation as well as tidying up belongings.

The shower drain is outside the actual next to the toilet so majority of the bathroom floor gets wet during the showering process.
