The unit was beautiful and clean, just like the pictures!

When we arrived there was no key in the lockbox. Then once we got the main door key we realized we also needed a key for the master bedroom, which had to be delivered. (Part-time security person, no lobby or reception staff). The host was very responsive, but it was an inconvenience after a long trip (took 4 hours in traffic to get from Ubud). The water in the shower went COLD after 2 minutes every day we were there. When I notified the host, they only tried to explain which way to turn the shower handle, which was not the problem at all. The pool filter got clogged with leaves from the surrounding trees and started making an awful noise, which couldn't be resolved until after we checked out. Grab/Gojek could never find the address, so you had to walk uphill to the main road to catch rides. There's not much in the area, you'll want to catch a ride into town. Of note: when construction is ongoing during the day, there are men in trees and working up high and looking right down into the open pool area. And you can hear noises outside loudly in the shower. A microwave would've been great!
