Quiet and pretty location. Spacious. Well priced. Great facilities. Really helpful staff.

Absolutely lovely, clean, spacious cottage, all the conveniences in the kitchen and bathroom. Incredibly beautiful walks nearby. The spot is so peaceful and serene that some days you might wake up to the quiet baas of sheep in fields nearby and feel completely refreshed. Only a few miles out from Conwy for interesting history and quaint shops (and good restaurants), Betws-y-coed for connections further inland and fun sightseeing, and Llandudno up north for larger city conveniences.

Just as a heads up to future visitors, I did not bring a car with me and I was savvy enough to meticulously comb the bus schedules to get myself around the area, however you will likely need cabs back as the buses entirely stop running at around 630pm so if you have made dinner reservations, you'll need a ride. Helpfully, the cottages list two local places that will allow you to schedule ahead

The WiFi which was advertised as included did not work during our stay. We were told the owner was aware it was not working but nothing was done to fix it during our stay. The bathroom door stuck likely because of damp from the shower. The accommodation was smaller and more basic than I had expected However it wS very clean, quiet and easy to access
