Super gute Lage nähe U-Bahn, wirklich gutes Personal und Kommunikation.
Es war leider vieles sehr heruntergekommen. Sofa löst sich der Stoff, Teppiche sind leider sehr verdreckt, Viele Lampen sind ausgefallen, Geschirr sehr verdreckt, Klimaanlage war leider verstopft so das man sich noch um die Kommunikation für Techniker kümmern muss im Urlaub wo alles beschwerdefrei sein sollte. Aber es wird sich darum gekümmert, dass muss man sagen. Die Betten sind leider komplett durchgelegen.

If I had to find any fault, it smelled a bit of cigarette smoke and the bathroom floors weren't perfectly clean but these are pretty minor points.
