Lavish London Apartment - Secure with parking

The location was fantastic minutes away from the tube.

Nothing it was ideal.

Very clean, modern spacious flat - be perfect for a couple spending a holiday in London. Near to tube station so easy commute into central London. Communication from host was excellent.

The customer care we had from the owners. The flat was nice.

Due to poor window glazing the noise from the traffic, music from cars,ambulance noises kept us awake even when shut. No air conditioning either. It was 38c when we were there. Also the kitchen did not have enough items e.g microwaveable bowls for the microwave provided, containers to cook e g. Pasta bake and serve meals, dish cloths to dry items, sharp small knives and all kitchen items. Fish slice to scoop fried eggs etc . Bigger bin needed in kitchen. The shower on the bath didnot have a shower curtain didnot understand why it was there in the 1st place, the mattress was broken and very deformed made it difficult for my son to sleep on. The sofa bed i had in the lounge was very uncomfortable and deformed shape aswell, couldnt sit on it properly. There was no welcome pack on how to work things. Also it mentions a garden, its on the 1st floor so theres no garden. They need to address these points as the customer care was very good but place is not Luxury at all.

Convenient location

The photos didn’t live up to expectations I’m afraid. There were lots of marks, scuffs, scratches and a door mat covering up the lacking of a runner at the bedroom door itself so I caught my toe on the edge of the flooring. The flooring also hadn’t been laid properly so the bedroom door didn’t actually shut. There were marks and chips on the oven hob. No instructions on how to use the coffee maker. The glass coffee table was incredibly scratched. Windows needed a good clean. The table and chairs to eat at were way too big for the room. No room to sit. Bedroom lacked a few things including extra pillows (one isn’t enough for some people). An area in the bedroom for hanging clothes which was great but no hangers provided. Sorry this isn’t a lavish apartment.
