Saimaa lake cottage

Wow!! We arrived after dark to the half moon over the łąkę… the cottage is completly isolated from anyone and very peaceful and quiet. It’s a very confortable cottage, extreamly well equipped kitchen nice appliances, full of staples ( spices/herbs/coffee/tea extra). My brother is a chef and we decided to cook here for our next two nights in more of a remote location…. We woke up to the most incredible Sunrise! Spectacular!! Only a short drive to bigger towns and shops for supplies… we went on the sacred forrest for a dog walk before our next drive… You could easily stay here for a week and would be superb swimming in the łąkę in summer! Sauna is amazing with łąkę views!! Loved staying.here - thank you soo much Tomi for excellant comms and recommendations!!

Wunderbares Haus mit Zugang zum See (aufgeschütteter Sandstrand, Ruderboot steht zur Verfügung), sehr nette Vermieter, die auch Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben haben. Man merkt, dass das Ferienhaus auch vom Vermieter selbst genutzt wird und entsprechend gepflegt und ausgestattet ist. Das war eindeutig die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Finnlandreise.

Sijainti upealla paikalla järven rannalla. Mökillä laaja aidattu piha, lemmikkiystävällinen paikka. Myös lemmikki oli huomioitu sisustuksessa. Mökillä aito mökkeilyn tunnelma. Ei liian hienoa. Yhteydenpito lomailun aikana sujuvaa. Omistaja kysyi välillä kuulumiset.

The cabin had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday on the lake. There were plenty of games, access to the rowboat and paddle board, BBQ, fire pit and more. The owners were very attentive and gave us lots of recommendations for walking around the local area. Truly a very relaxing place to be!
