Bardzo czysto, schludnie i przyjemnie dla oka. Plus za kosmetyki w łazience i ręczniki. Odbiór kluczy jak i zdanie apartamentu bez sztywnych ram czasowych.
Apartament raczej na 2+2 niż 4 dorosłe. Łóżko rozkładane w dużym pokoju wymaga odpowiedniego ułożenia się, ale da się na nim wyspać. Miejsca postojowe w garażu są dość niskie, ale każdy zwykły sedan czy kombi się zmieści. Przy SUVach, uwaga przy otwieraniu klapy bagażnika ;)
