Kontakt z wlascicielem bardzo dobry. Mieszkanie wyposazone w co trzeba. Czysto, w okolicy duzo sklepow i komunikacja miejska.
Jedyny minus, to parking. Niby jest, ale trzeba polowac na miejsce. A w poblizu nie ma za bardzo gdzie parkowac gdy tego miejsca nie ma.

Wygodnie było odebrać i zwrócić klucz, jest parking przy budynku, choć bez konkretnego miejsca — nie wiem, czy zawsze jest wolne. Budynek nie jest nowy i to się czuje, ale w mieszkaniu zrobiony jest remont. Łóżka są wygodne, pościel czysta, naczyń wystarczająco dużo. W pobliżu są sklepy. Jest dość cicho, bo okna wychodzą na podwórze.
Zapach na klatce schodowej i w mieszkaniu był nieprzyjemny. W mieszkaniu musieliśmy cały czas mieć otwarte okno. Naczynia nie były wszystkie higienicznie czyste, mimo że jest zmywarka. Brakowało tabletek do zmywarki. Mikrofalówka również nie była idealnie czysta. Przez ten zapach w całym mieszkaniu było wrażenie braku czystości, choć wszystko było posprzątane i niby czyste.
