Perfect.

The apartment is beautiful and well organized and thoughtful for guests. Things labeled for clarity and list of all the details you need to know for an easy and comfortable stay. It was fantastic. Very very very clean, Laundry, Dish washer, beautiful new bathroom with a big shower. Everything you could ever need, this apartment has. It's beautiful. The location is perfect. Air conditioners worked perfectly, and the small balcony on the roof is a cute place to have a morning coffee and see the town from a different perspective. The price for staying here is also fantastic in comparison to other similar options. The big difference is that this apartment is absolutely beautiful with the new renovations. I can't wait to return Bolsena and stay here again. Carlo (the owner) and Manuela (the local rental associate) were very easy to communicate with and responsive to all of our messages. Best short term rental in all of Italy? That is very possible.

There isn't anything that I can think of that I didn't like. Everything was excellent. Trying to find something I didn't like is useless. I didn't like that it is not triple the size, positioned next to the sea with a massive infinity pool and private beach access 20 meters away. There, I figured out something to say here.

Gorgeously designed apartment in heart of Bolsena

Gorgeously and tastefully designed, brand new apartment in the heart of Bolsena, with a lot of attention to details and facilities, including a tiny but very special roof balcony with town and lake view. It has everything from dishwasher, washer to espresso machine. The location is great, steps away from Bolsena's old town main pedestrian street. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! Wholeheartedly recommended!

Nothing major, but it's good to know that to get to the apartment, you need to walk uphill a bit, and climb stairs (there's no elevator).

Appartamentino centrale e ben arredato a pochi passi dal centro di Bolsena

Appartamento di gusto, con una bella cucina che purtroppo non abbiamo usato per mancanza di tempo. Particolarmente curati l'illuminazione e l'arredo. In cima alle scale interne si accede a un terrazzino con vista sui tetti di Bolsena e si scorge anche il lago.

Abbiamo trovato le lenzuola della stanza da letto non proprio pulite, con qualche pelo e con l'impressione che fossero state usate; per fortuna nell'armadio abbiamo trovato un ricambio pulito e il problema è stato risolto.

מיקום מעולה, נוח ויפה מאד. הדירה יפה ונעימה, נוחה. הכל חדש ונקי, מרפסת עם נוף יפה מדא.

המקלחת מתנקזת לאט, קצת מציק לפעמים לחכות דקה בסוף המקלחת שתתנקז. המקרר לא נסגר ב100%, יש קצת לחות בתוך המקרר, אבל לא משהו נוראי.
